Delivery Manager (middle +) (offline)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our international team with a policy of freedom, development, and shared values.

We are happy to invite a candidate who will play a significant role in leading and managing a portfolio of technical teams for our corporate clients from Australia. With strong people leadership capabilities, you will empower impactful teams, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure that quality software delivery is aligned with strategy.

What you’ll be doing :
• Utilising Lean and Agile methodologies to deliver new and improved service
offerings while ensuring the operational excellence of the team
• Empowering cross-functional teams to take accountability for the success of what they have built and are operating.
• Working closely with Product and Engineering Managers, and other key partners
to develop and deliver the product roadmap.
• Ensure adherence to development and security standards
• Contribute to achieving strategic business objectives through managing
and balancing both a short-term delivery focus as well as achieving longer-term objectives

What you will bring :
— 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership/influence success at the team or department level
— Experience working with foreign clients and in international teams
— Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
— Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
— Scrum Methodology Proficiency: Proficient in Scrum methodology with 2-3 years of minimum experience as a Scrum Master.
— Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions (engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders)
— Proactive mindset, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the team.
— Experience with issue resolution across multiple teams and projects
— Strong written and verbal English (C1 or higher)
— Flexibility to work early mornings as needed for collaboration with colleagues in Australia.
