Currently, we are in a search of a Junior Business Development Manager with has a strong desire for learning, a passion for meaningful work in a dynamic setting, and the ability to tackle interesting challenges. In return, you will have an opportunity to actively participate in business development, continuous learning, gain unique experience in business aviation, and contribute significantly to the creation of solutions that will drive our business to the new heights.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Collecting information about potential clients.

- Interacting with potential clients through platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, and Email.

- Grasping customer needs and arranging company materials accordingly.

- Supervising CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales-related software.

- Creating and maintaining an extensive database of clients and partners.

- Analyzing weekly and monthly results:

- Contributing to the collection, examination, and presentation of sales performance data.

- Using the gathered data to recognize trends and explore potential improvements in the sales process.

 

Requirements and qualifications:

 

- Effective interpersonal abilities (ability to articulate ideas clearly, supported by relevant data and information).

- Good English skills, both in speaking and writing, at an upper-intermediate level, especially in business communication.

- Enthusiasm to build a successful career in the field of business development.
