About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the exceptional quality and functionality of the RepMove platform, including the web-based CRM and mobile app, across web, Android, and iOS environments. You'll leverage your expertise in both manual and automation testing, along with your understanding of performance testing and test automation pipelines, to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering all functionalities of the RepMove platform, encompassing web, Android, and iOS environments.

Conduct rigorous manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Automate repetitive test cases using appropriate frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Set up and maintain automated test pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Perform performance testing to identify and optimize the platform's speed and scalability.

Report bugs and defects using our ticketing system, providing clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and expected behavior.

Collaborate effectively with developers to diagnose issues, provide valuable feedback, and verify bug fixes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and offer insights from a QA perspective.

Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on web, mobile (Android and iOS), and API testing.

Extensive experience in automation testing using frameworks like Selenium or Appium.

Solid understanding of performance testing principles and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Experience with setting up and maintaining automated test pipelines (CI/CD) a plus.

In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
