Recruiter (English - Upper-Intermediate is must) to $700 (offline)

Requirements:

✔️Proven experience as a Recruiter in the customer support or outsourcing industry

✔️Familiarity with mass recruitment processes and the ability to handle a high volume of open positions simultaneously

✔️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

✔️Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

✔️Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing techniques

✔️Understanding of customer support roles and the skills required for success in this field

✔️High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

✔️English - upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

✔️Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for customer support roles and others both in Ukraine and abroad

✔️Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies

✔️Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates

✔️Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

✔️Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and participating in the interview process as needed

✔️Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information

✔️Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience

✔️Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
