Key Account Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Key Account/Project Manager at our communication agency FFearless. This role will primarily involve managing two key client projects, ensuring their successful execution and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for two key client accounts, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and SMM teams, to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to existing clients, working closely with the business development team.
Monitor project performance and profitability, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Prepare and present project reports and performance reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in account management or project management within a communication agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in managing key client accounts is highly desirable.
