Technical Project Manager (offline)

Description of the project and team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and expertise and a proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure construction projects within the telecommunications sector

Your qualification:
• Proven experience (3 years) in Project Management
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of telecommunications systems, networks
• Experience in infrastructure construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, project management methodologies
• Practice working with Project Plan, Jira, Confluence, Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making, with a strategic mindset and a keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• English – Intermediate

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maximize project success
• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders through regular progress reports, meetings, and presentations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate project outcomes, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
