Marketing Generalist (offline)

Hravity is looking for a digital marketing specialist (generalist) to augment our team. We are looking for a generalist able to take on the daily marketing activities of a small digitally-focused service business.

This person is tasked with developing the company’s digital presence, leading engaging communication with target audiences, as well as building inbound funnels for customer and candidate leads. The right candidate will be one with an eye for business and developed creative and conceptual thinking, good command of English and copywriting skills, a cultivated sense of taste and design experience to create an attractive and vivid image of the business.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
Identify new opportunities aligned with information technology partners’ priorities and build campaigns or activations around them
Monitor competitors’ websites and conduct periodic market research to keep fingers on the pulse of the latest customer and service provider trends, and communicate with the team on how these trends can be leveraged in our channels.
— Lead engaging social media communication with our customer and candidate audiences on LinkedIn (200k+ audience) and other social media platforms
— Collaborate internally to source, ideate, and co-create original content purpose-built for our Hiring FAQ professional blog due to the content plan
— Drive inbound customer and candidate lead funnels creation and maintenance. Take the role of a product owner for marketing automation tools development.
— Manage both on-site and off-site search engine optimization for the company website, and develop link-building strategies with compatible and authoritative resources.
Maintain company’s website: manage new content creation process, optimize front-end to improve customer experience, respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
— Manage pay-per-click Google Ads and Facebook Ads paid search campaigns, manage keywords list, brainstorm fresh advertising ideas, and implement them
— Determine what drives sales, leverage Google Analytics and other tools to report overall site performance, ROI, and different channels’ effectiveness


WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on versatile activities, having advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a marketing field or recognized body of formal knowledge
Good command of English, both oral and writing skills (our target customers as well as a part of the candidate audience are US- and EU-based ones along with its primary language of communication in the field)
Great copywriting and editorial skills, experience in cooperating on domain-specific content creation, good feeling about a text and its communication qualities, you are a storyteller at heart
— A well-developed sense of taste, design and design software skills, experience in marketing materials and landing pages design creation
Experience with website builders (like Wix, Weebly or WordPress) and landing page creation. The web-programming background will be considered an advantage
— Being a great social media communicator able to attract target audience attention and lead engaging and focused communication
— Good understanding of on-site and off-site principles of website search engine optimization, experience in link-building, familiarity with Google Search Console
— Having practice with setting up and executing PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and tracking their results
— Experience in using digital analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics) for traffic monitoring, insights discovery and providing reports.
