Product Manager

Redwerk is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and inspired Product Manager.

You’ll work on enticing tasks alongside true experts in a friendly environment with minimum bureaucracy.

Required Skills:
— Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the tech industry
— English proficiency at a В2+
— Proficiency in using Jira & Confluence
— Experience working with mobile apps required
— Knowledge of analytical tools like Firebase and/or Amplitude
— Successful execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with proven results
— Proficient in market analysis and customer development
— Experience implementing monetization strategies
— Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable strategies
— Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Will be a plus:
— Experience working with desktop apps.
While the majority of our products are mobile apps, this will also be a plus, as we are planning to launch the desktop versions as well

Responsibilities:
— Define product requirements and features based on market research
— Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
— Create and implement a monetization strategy for our products
— Identify NSM, track and optimize key metrics and conversion rates.
— Optimize revenue streams while balancing user experience
— Make data-driven decisions based on product performance
— Create a product roadmap considering user requests and business objectives.
— Prioritize tasks in short-term sprints
