Senior Project Manager (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of solid project management-related experience in Mobile and Web development
- Experience working with worldwide market (US, EU customers)
- Enthusiasm for Agile development
- Intimate knowledge of mobile development lifecycle
- Knowledge and understanding of business processes
- Good at team motivation and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- English level: Advanced

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing web and mobile projects

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure delivery within defined parameters: scope, quality, cost, timeline
- Focus on quality: standards, processes, metrics, artefacts
- Drive customer relationship: day-to-day communication, engagement development, project negotiations, etc
- Remove bottlenecks and resolve issues, ensure overall delivery maturity and effectiveness
- Drive pre-sale activities
- Support the hiring process
