Middle+/Senior Business Analyst (offline)

WeSoftYou is looking for an experienced business analyst for a project in the medical field, specifically for the discovery phase and subsequently for ongoing project work.

👉Requirements:

- 4+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies;
- Practical experience in using best practices of requirements documentation and requirements modeling;
- Practical experience in using requirements management tools;
- Fundamental understanding of IIBA or PMI-PBA standards;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources;
- Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff;
- Experience working on large projects (ERP/SaaS/CRM/etc)
- Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations;
- At least Advance level of English (both written and spoken).


👉Responsibilities:

- Define product requirements and business needs from scratch;
- Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes;
- Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the Backlog, where new solutions are required;
- Work with customers via workshops, interviews and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs;
- Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA, based on customer knowledge;
- Act as an independent reviewer of the release quality offering a voice outside of the core development team to aid with release decisions;
- Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services.
