Product Manager (Crypto casino)

We are an iGaming company founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team employs more than 900 people. Our portfolio comprises 7+ successful brands operating in countries of the 1st-3rd tier.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help launch a new product—a crypto casino. As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in the product's launch from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a crypto casino, 4 years of general commercial experience
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of the specifics of crypto casinos, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems, and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)
- A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI
- Experience and understanding of UX/UI design
- Thorough knowledge of the market and competitors
- Experience in launching basic minimum crypto casino functionality (tokenization, NFT, converters, transactions)
- Experience in product management, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches.
- Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and generate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Choosing a platform to launch the project.
- Development of a product roadmap.
- Creating a product design.
- Development of a bonus policy, including loyalty programs.
- Develop communication strategies with the CRM department.
- Create a product token and list it on exchanges (ICO).
- Develop a VIP club program with the VIP department.

You can create strategic product management, development planning and control, creation, monitoring, and optimizing the user journey. Also, your analytical skills, product management experience, gaming industry experience, team management skills, and practical communication skills will be essential to you to succeed in this position.
