Director of Project Management (offline)
GlenFlow is seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and operational excellence, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project planning: Developing project plans and ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Project coordination: Coordinating with different teams within the organization to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource management: Managing Project resources such as time, budget, and personnel and allocating resources effectively to ensure Project success.
- Communication management: Ensuring effective communication within the Project team and with stakeholders to keep everyone informed of Project progress and potential issues.
- Quality management: Ensuring project deliverables meet the organization's quality standards.
- Team management: Managing Project teams and providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that team members work together effectively.
- Gap management: identifying gaps in the organization's processes or capabilities that could hinder Project success and taking action to address them.
- The process set up: establishing and implementing processes and methodologies that support the successful operations in the company.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, Project management, engineering, or computer science.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with project management software and tools and experience with Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and make strategic decisions.
- Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment
