We are seeking an experienced Head of Ecosystem Growth to develop and strengthen our Web3 ecosystem. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's partnerships, media presence, and strategic growth.

Location: preferable Europe / Lisbon / Singapore / Dubai with the possibility of remote work

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with centralized exchanges, launchpads, Web3 events, and communities.
- Grow and support the affiliate network, attracting new founders and participants to the ecosystem.
- Increase traffic and audience for our services and products.
- Organize and hold private events and panel discussions.
- Create and maintain social media content in collaboration with the team.
- Process inbound leads and convert them into clients.
- Develop the brand's media exposure, participate in media sessions, and create video content.
- Work with a our marketing team and C-Level

Expected Results:
- Quantitative growth of the ecosystem through new partnerships and projects.
- Successful execution of events and an increase in profits through partners and affiliates.
- An increase in reach and engagement within the ecosystem.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in crypto projects or Web3.
- A solid understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and experience in business development or similar roles.
- The ability to independently develop and implement growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
