HR Process Manager (offline)

Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Process Documentation Specialist or similar role
Proven experience in documenting and maintaining HR documentation
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems (we use Confluence), Process Mapping Tools (Microsoft Visio or similar), and any HR Information System
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Upper-Intermediate English

Will be plus
Expirience with Jira

Responsibilities
Consult with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders and other departments to determine business processes and workflows
Document end-to-end HR processes and workflows, ensuring their consistency
Standardize HR documentation (use or establish when needed formats/templates for documents to ensure consistency)
Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and guidelines for the HR department
Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to current processes to HR and TA stakeholders
Perform regular audits, maintenance, and update of HR processes and documents
Conduct training sessions to educate HR and TA colleagues on the maintenance, update, and usage of internal HR documentation
Maintain document management systems (we use Atlassian products).
