We are Werbung Hoch Zwei, a creative agency based in Germany, looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. If you stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, work efficiently while maintaining high quality, and can create user-friendly and stylish interfaces, we would love to hear from you!
What We Expect from You:
Must-Have Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong UI/UX portfolio – applications without one will not be considered.
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Expertise in responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize ideas effectively.
- Understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
- Responsibility and high work efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher – we have an international team (additional language skills in German are a plus!).
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to better communicate with developers.
- Experience with usability testing tools and the ability to analyze user feedback.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
