IT recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
English level – Intermediate or higher
Good communication and negotiation skills
Being result-orientated
2+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT industry
Experience in full recruitment lifecycle in IT industry (will be a plus)
A strong team player, approachable and positive
A self-led learner and a keen problem solver

Responsibilities:
Create job descriptions post and promote vacancies
Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools
Conduct full recruitment cycle (including analyzing CVs, phone screening, managing job interviews, regular communication with candidates, providing feedback)
