Monitoring Agent (offline) $700-1000

Any.Team is specialized in FinTech. We’re a middle-sized (100+ people) Ukrainian-based team with 5 successful technical solutions on the market.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Monitoring Agent to join the payment department.

What you'll do:
• Monitoring of transactional activity and its conversion;
• Issue cases escalation to the technical team and control their timely resolution;
• Collaborating with partners and ensuring stable speed of operational processes execution;
• Ensuring correct and timely tasks set to relative departments & partners;
• Being up-to-date with new developments, changes and feature releases;

Your skills:
• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in FinTech support;
• Basic understanding on specifics of various payment systems work & their processing
• Skills & ability to work with large data volume in Excel or Google Sheets;
• Liability, stress resistance, attentiveness & logical thinking;

Would be a plus:
• Confident knowledge of crypto;
• High level of English;
• Customer Support experience;
• Degree in Finance (or 1+ experience in Finance sphere);

Schedule:
- 2/2 shifts
10:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.
