Financial Controller

NuxGame works with iGaming operators of all scales helping companies access new markets or enhance their existing brands. Your position will include:

- Managing all accounting operations
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Review and assess financial statements to make sure they're compliant with the appropriate accounting framework
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of data in the system
- Lead the financial control/balance sheet control process
- Oversee and review the preparation of tax computations
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to
maintain and strengthen internal controls

The expertise we’re looking for:

- Master's Degree with economic background
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (IT sector will be a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Depth knowledge of financial reporting and financial control
- Experience in the production of management and statutory accounts
- Experience in audit management
- Certification ACA, ACCA, CIMA will be a plus
- Proficient in Excel and other related products, familiar with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- English level – upper-intermediate
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills
