Blockchain Business Development Manager Offline
Whitechain, an EVM blockchain integrated in WhiteBIT ecosystem, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Developer Relations Manager to expand the adoption and usage. The role will involve establishing connections with blockchain developers, advocating for our platform, and building warm relationships with people from the industry. This position requires excellent soft skills, a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, and the ability to travel to hackathons and crypto conferences.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the web3 industry, with a proven track record in business development roles.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in the enterprise sector.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and research skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for partnership development and lead generation in the enterprise blockchain space.
- Conduct extensive customer discovery and market research to refine the ideal customer profile and identify promising market segments.
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and proposing customized blockchain solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies with market needs and company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to promote our blockchain solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
