Requirements:

- 2 years of proven experience in communications, marketing or brand management;
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
- Experience in copywriting and editing;
- Understanding of corporate communication and brand management;
- Knowledge of English — at least Upper-intermediate level;
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities;
- Ability to multitask and pay a lot of attention to detail;
- Decent level of responsibility and ownership over tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing internal communications strategy and its implementation;
- Manage all internal corporate communications (All-hands, newsletters, announcements, etc.);
- Participation in projects related to the formation of corporate culture, rules of effective communication, etc.;
- Work closely with TOP Management and speak out from their name;
- Hold cross department cooperation with HR and Marketing;
- Creation Tone of Voice of the Company;
- Manage content for social media to cover corporate events, announce career opportunities, etc.;
- Manage CSR activities;
- Empower and support employer branding;
- Participation in the creation and support of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
