Customer Delivery Manager\Implementation Manager (offline)

We are currently in a state of rapid expansion and we need the best Customer Experience Professionals available for the role of Customer Delivery Manager\Implementation Manager to ensure the success of our valued customers.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years as an Implementation or Professional Services project manager or IT consulting engagement leader.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Organizational Change, or a related field preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience.
PMP preferred, project management experience required.
Experience in effective team management
Experience managing projects deploying Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
Project team leading with an understanding of project management methodologies and principles
Previous work experience with industry-leading providers of TEM, help desk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management, or similar technologies is a definite plus.
Program definition and management. Managing multiple projects and initiatives in very large customer accounts
Building Cross-functional teams to work in major accounts.
English - advanced С1, Very strong communication skills
Ability to deal with and through conflict.
ServiceNow and Telecom Industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for end-to-end scoping and solution delivery of customer projects, including operational activities related to technology expense management
Create and maintain project plans, tasks and milestones in the project management platform
Prioritize the team’s work in accordance with agreed-upon account plans, in alignment with the customer success director
Ensure timeliness and delivering quality for billable and non-billable work
Ensure time reporting for the account team and report billable hours accordingly
Discover and implement customer requirements related to workflows and integrations
Drive and coordinate all technical implementation (Product configuration and Customizations) in collaboration with the customer ServiceNow teams
Collaborate effectively with customers, and internal teams across multiple geographical regions and timezones.
