Full-stack Development Team (.NET, React) Offline
We are looking for a Full-stack Developer (.NET, React) to join a long-term outstaff project.
About the project:
The Client is a healthcare SAAS platform that connects healthcare providers to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
The primary product of the Client is an electronic signature service that enables healthcare providers to sign and receive medical orders from any other provider on the system, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of medical orders.
The Client plans to expand its offerings to provide additional services that will directly impact patient care and communications across the healthcare continuum, with the goal of becoming a major communications hub for the healthcare industry.
Client’s location: USA, the team is partly in Eastern Europe
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Excellent proficiency in .NET Core and React
- In-depth knowledge of AWS
- Experience with testing (Unit, Integration, Automation)
- Strong knowledge of SQL Databases
- Upper-intermediate English skills
- Readiness to take ownership, being proactive and self-sufficient
- Experience with CI/CD
Nice to have:
- Background in the US Healthcare Domain, HL7 and HL7 FHIR in particular
- Previous experience with Spark or its derivatives (AWS EMR, Databricks)
- Playwright experience
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch or Opensearch
- Hands-on experience with Kinesis
- Some background with React Native
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, tested code that meets product requirements
- Contribute to important technical decisions and address technical debt
- Provide valuable input on solutions and estimate implementation timelines
- Actively participate in peer reviews and mentor team members
- Regularly review team members’ commits, providing feedback aligned with established best practices and patterns
