Project Manager (offline)

We are BramblingTech – IT company from Odesa, that specializes in development of websites and web services.
We are outsourcing, outstaffing and product company and invite a Project Manager to cooperate with our team.
We are working with such domains as e-commerce and marketplace, education, healthcare, travel/tourism, media and many others.
We work on projects of different sizes that orientated to different markets (Europe and the USA).

Responsibilities:

- Project planning: planning all necessary actions to achieve the client's business goals;
- Work with documentation: creation of all necessary project documentation and keeping it up to date;
- Creation and implementation of project plans, if necessary revision to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Project control: tracking the progress of the project to ensure that it is carried out on time and on budget.
- Team management: control the workload of team members, work with Jira. Helping the team with problems that arise during the development process;
- Managing people, their personal development and expectations. Team motivation;
- Working with GIT, understanding CI/CD;
- A common basic understanding of the testing and design process;
- Risk management: tracking all project risks, working on a plan to reduce them.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of practical experience as a Project manager in IT, mainly with outsourcing projects;
- Ability to identify and document project requirements;
- Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle;
- Practical experience in project implementation;
- Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;
- Highly organized and attention to detail;
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban;
- Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff;
- English- Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

Experience in leading several projects simultaneously.

Team of BramblingTech is located in the roomy and cozy office on the Marshala Govorova street in front of Victory`s Park in Odesa.
