Lead Generation Manager (Fintech, B2B) (offline)

Summary
To be the driving force behind our business growth, play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new market opportunities, and overseeing growth initiatives

Your regular tasks:
– Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients
– Create and maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads to support the company's growth
– Research and target potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, events, and partnerships
– Conduct outreach efforts to establish initial contact and gather contact information
– Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit for PayDo's services
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads align with the company's ideal customer profile
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance
– Use CRM tools and software to organize, track, and manage leads throughout the sales funnel
– Regularly analyze lead generation data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve conversion rates
– Provide insights and recommendations to refine lead generation efforts
– Work closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to align lead generation strategies with overall company goals
– Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team
– Set and achieve lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging lead generation techniques
– Continuously adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics

Main requirements:
– 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation and prospecting, with a focus on B2B lead generation
– 2+ years Experience in Fintech/Banking/ High-tech and B2B Industries
– An understanding of field sales processes, account management and the ability to execute in new markets from scratch
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
– Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
– Knowledge of the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
