Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management in outsourcing companies, demonstrating proficiency in managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders’ expectations, and client satisfaction.
- Robust project reporting skills, including comprehensive documentation, detailed project status updates, and team performance monitoring.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC, with the ability to understand project architecture and technical risks on a reasonable level. This includes making informed project decisions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Experience in discovery and pre-sale phases, showcasing a proactive approach to identifying project opportunities and addressing client needs.
- Possess an analytical and product mindset, coupled with a problem-solving attitude to navigate complex project challenges effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to make and own decisions, taking responsibility for project outcomes and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Full PM responsibility for the project.
- Gather requirements during the project's lifecycle, starting from the pre-sale.
- Manage the scope of the project, roadmap, schedule, quality, risks, stakeholders' expectations, and client satisfaction.
- Handle project reporting.
- Holding general communication with the development team and the client.
- Team motivation.
