Help Desk/ Customer support (Italian language) (offline)

Duties:
1. Technical Support: Respond to calls, emails, and user inquiries.
2. Documentation and Monitoring: Accurately document all details related to user interactions.
3. User Feedback: Collect and document user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the software.

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Italian language at the B2, C1, C2 level
- Basic knowledge of information technologies and systems (will be a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer orientation.
