Currently, we are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand presence on various platforms, including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Your primary duty will involve developing and implementing creative strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and improve marketing metrics.

What we expect:

- English proficiency level: B2+.

- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

- Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, and others.

- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.

- Experience in e-commerce.

- Proficiency in using analytical tools to assess advertising effectiveness.

- Excellent writing skills for creating persuasive advertising briefs.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams.

- Familiarity with tools such as Triple Whale's Creative Cockpit, Motion, and Foreplay.co.

 

Responsibilities:

- Market Research - Conduct comprehensive research on digital platforms to identify new market trends. Utilize tools such as the TikTok Creative Center to gather inspiration and ideas to share with the team.

- Competitive Analysis - Perform competitive analysis using various tools.

- Ad Performance Analysis - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing advertising campaigns using analytical skills and various tools. Develop informed marketing decisions based on current advertising data.

- Writing Advertising Briefs - Create detailed advertising briefs for the creative team, including market research, competitor data, and advertising effectiveness information. Utilize tools such as Foreplay.co for effective brief writing, combining competitor research, briefing, and project management.

- Project Management for Creative Strategy - Manage multiple marketing initiatives for different brands in various niches and campaigns simultaneously. Use your business strategy and basic budgeting skills to effectively oversee projects.

- Identifying Target Audience - Based on client internal requests, analyze the preferences of the target audience, research industry trends, analyze competitor updates, etc., to ensure marketing campaign aligns with product goals.

Stay up-to-date on new trends and technologies through market research to gain insights and identify opportunities for innovation in product positioning.
