Product manager (Casino) (offline)

We are an iGaming company, founded by a group of dedicated professionals over three years ago, currently employing a team of 900+ individuals. Our portfolio consists of more than 7 successful brands catering to Tier 1-3 countries.

Due to our decision to launch a new product - creating our own games, we are seeking an experienced Product manager. As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

The project is currently in the planning stage, with team assembly in progress.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, documentation
- Research trends and preferences to identify opportunities for game concepts
- Coordinate team across the game development process
- Contribute to game design and product development with new ideas
- Monitor and manage the game’s player data, game metrics
- Maintain game economy
- Review and approve external contractor's invoices
- Prepare in-line documentation

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 2+ years experience as a Game Producer
- Good knowledge of English, from intermediate level
- A passion for/good knowledge of casino
- Experience managing a team of 5+ team members (programmers, artists, animators, UI, QA, etc.)
- Understanding of production processes, software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies, and testing
- Experience analyzing data and new trends to identify new product solutions
- In-depth knowledge of game analytics (gambling) and metrics, as well as options for improving them

Good to have:
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with product management
- Good understanding: Game design, Game balance
- Experience working with remote team from different countries
