Senior Affiliate Manager (offline)

Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate iGaming, preferably in Tier-1 markets;
- Proficiency in analyzing, decision-making, and organizational skills;
- Solid experience with CPA, RS, Hybrid, and other payout models;
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation abilities;
- Established iGaming industry network;
- Skilled in building long-term relationships with key affiliates;
- Understanding of PPC traffic sources.

Your main tasks involve:
- Acquire new affiliates using diverse methods like research, networking, and direct outreach;
- Establish and nurture growth-oriented professional relationships;
- Work closely with other departments for precise traffic value assessment;
- Meet affiliate targets by optimizing existing partnerships and adding new ones;
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current affiliates;
- Manage and plan future budget allocations effectively;
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance; address issues swiftly;
- Provide regular performance reports (weekly and monthly);
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and opportunities.
