We are looking for a person for project work
What you will to do:
- Development of communication strategy in direct marketing channels;
- Manage the client database, segmentation and maintain newsletter;
- Automation of campaigns, creation and adjustment of chains of emails;
- Organization of a set of measures to save and reactivate clients in direct communication channels.
- Development and coordination of loyalty programs.
- Maintaining and analyzing trigger letters/SMS-messages/push-notifications.
- Processing product analytics, compiling technical tasks and creating the necessary reports.
- Development/support of bonus mechanics and loyalty programs;
What is important to know and be able to do:
- 1 year of Internet or direct marketing experience.
- Experience in developing a communication strategy from scratch (e-mail, chatbots, SMS, web-push, auto calls, etc.).
- Competent writing of texts (sales, trigger, content, reactivation).
- Knowledge of email marketing automation and setting up trigger email mailings.
- Experience conducting A/B testing, setting up and running on your own.
- Experience with subscriber bases.
- Clear understanding of Click Rate, Open Rate, CTR and more.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM.
- Non-standard approach to work (this is a very competitive industry).
- Willingness to work for results according to clear KPIs.
- Willingness to develop in new directions.
