Chief Operating Officer / Head of Sales (offline)

Incode Group is a growing company, and now we need a responsible person to lead the new business unit. We're searching for a chief operating officer (COO) who has strong sales and leadership skills, as well as the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead the team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the IT outstaff/outsource industry, preferably but not required having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of the IT development industry.

Responsibilities COO:
-Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
-Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
-Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
-Establish policies that promote company unit culture and vision
-Oversee daily procedures of the unit and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
-Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
-Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
-Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

-Oversee daily procedures of the unit and the work of sales managers/leadgens.
-Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
-Write and submit reports to the CЕO in all matters of importance.

Objectives of this role:
-Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
-Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
-Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
-Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

Requirements and skills:

-Proven experience as Sales/Head of Sales or relevant role, especially working with Upwork, LinkedIn, Behance/Dribbble, inbound/outbound leads and content/email marketing.
-Advanced spoken and written English skills.
-Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Project Management, Development, etc.
-Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
-Solid grasp of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
-Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity;
-Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
-Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
