Project managers are in demand for various DataArt projects, but most of all they are in demand in the Finance industry. This particular vacancy is in the team that works with clients within a Finance industry. Like all our specialists, project managers have the opportunity to try their hands in different DataArt projects.
-5+ years of experience managing IT projects
-Understanding of the main phases of software development lifecycle
-Experience using popular development methodologies and project management practices
-Leadership and people management skills: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution
-Practical knowledge of using defect/task tracking systems and project reporting tools
-Experience with risk management
-Client communication skills: expectation management, feedback gathering, discussing requirements
-Good spoken and written English, ability to create project documentation in English
Would be a plus
-Experience with projects for banks, stock exchanges, or investment companies
-Business knowledge in banking or capital markets
-Experience working in IT outsourcing or consulting companies
-Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation
-Experience in program management
