Junior Business Analyst (offline)

RichMediaSystems is a product-oriented IT company that exclusively develops and nurtures its own products and projects. We are inviting an experienced Junior Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

- education in the field of information technology or a related field;

- preferably at least six months of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry or related areas;

- basic understanding of business analysis standards (BABOK®);

- ability to describe Acceptance Criteria for User Stories;

- analytical skills and the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships;

- desire to learn and grow in the IT and business analysis field;

- communication skills and the ability to work in a team;

- English/Ukrainian proficiency: Intermediate.

Would be a plus:

- successfully completed BA courses;

- understanding of e-commerce, mobile applications, or ERP systems basics;

- commercial experience in an outsourcing IT company.

Responsibilities:

- acquire knowledge of the product and analyze business processes;

- communicate with stakeholders to determine their business needs;

- analyze product requirements and transform them into technical specifications;

- collaborate with the development team to design and implement optimal solutions;

- responsible for tracking changes in requirements and planning corresponding tasks;

- plan own tasks and development team tasks, monitor results.

evaluate decisions;

- create Sprint Backlog for the team in advance;

- participate in grooming and refinement, assist in formulating and describing Acceptance Criteria for User Stories.
