This position is based in Kyiv and requires a full-time, on-site commitment.

 

Requirements

- Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of tools for candidate sourcing and attraction.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Quick learner with a flexible mindset.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

- Willingness to contribute to team goals and objectives.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings of applicants, review resumes, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidate fit and competency.

- Collaborate with the hiring team to collect feedback on candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.

- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

- Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and candidates` expectations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Generate recruitment reports to analyze metrics and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on your results to effectively achieve the recruitment goals.
