Technical communicator

We’re looking for a Technical Communications Assistant who’ll to join our team specializing in the IT services sector (Electronics, Embedded Programming).
The ideal candidate will play an integral role in developing proposals, making presentations, and executing and coordinating pre-sales activities with our partners. In addition, this role requires an analytical mind and a desire to understand technical issues. To communicate effectively with clients and partners around the world, knowledge of the English language and good written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent PowerPoint or Canva presentation skills, are required. The ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior management is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt presentations;
- Work closely with technical staff and management to ensure proposals align with business strategies and technical feasibility;
- Preparation and signing of the contract of sale, in compliance with the rules and recommendations established by law;
- Develop a strong understanding of our development area and demonstrate expertise;
- Clarification of the requirements (needs) of the client and trading activities and communicate them with the developer team;
- Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients;
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients to build trust and maintain high levels of client satisfaction;
- Possibility of legal travel abroad.

Requirements:
- Advanced English;
- Knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint or Canva);
- Challenger approach, solution selling, energetic demeanour, tenacity to win, high emotional intelligence;
- Experience in software sales or in the industrial sector will be a plus.
