Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented and proactive Full-Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building innovative solutions and optimizing existing processes. You will work closely with the VP of Engineering and other team members to:

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and improve current business processes: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement automated solutions.

* Contribute to the organization's architecture: Work alongside our VP of Engineering to establish a robust and scalable architecture that supports our growth.

* Develop full-stack applications: Design, build, and test user interfaces and back-end components.

* Participate in planning and discussions: Share your expertise and contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering team.

* Work independently: We value self-starters who can take ownership and think critically.

* Collaborate effectively: You'll work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.

* Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design and Object-Oriented Design principles.

* Proficiency in two or more programming languages, including Java, Ruby, and Javascript.

* Advanced knowledge of SQL: data schemas, indexes, views, functions

* Data manipulation: aggregating, analyzing, visualizing, cleaning up, normalization

* Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

* Passion for learning and continuous improvement.

* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

* Experience working in startups.

* Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular.

* Experience with Spring framework for Java.

* Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka, PubSub, and Airflow.

* Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
