Junior UI/UX Designer (Graphic) Offline

Telesens is looking for a talented Junior UI/UX Designer (Graphic).

Requirements:

- professional knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (availability of a portfolio with an example of your work), and modern graphic design trends;

- understanding of visual branding techniques (in combination with the company's tone of voice), having video editing skills and a desire to develop in this direction;

- ability to analyze competitors and market trends to develop design strategies and improve positioning and brand engagement;

- understanding the principle of polygraphy and the ability to prepare layouts for printing;

- experience using Jira or an alternative tool;

- experience in developing design layout prototypes based on the conclusions of business analysis;

- creativity, sociability, responsible, and importance of details;

- time management, flexibility in work processes and approaches;

Responsibilities:

- visual design of social networks and preparation of profile presentations (at the request of profile managers), newsletters, and other materials such as videos, layouts, etc.;

- development of visuals for the corporate website support of the company's brand identity;

- active work with the client in terms of preparation of corporate materials, pre-sales tasks for visual support, and probable estimates for future projects (under the guidance of the company's profile designer);

- preparation of materials for work conferences, events, branded material for company partners, HR materials, etc.;
