Investment Analyst (offline) $1200-1800

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Work experience in financial, audit, and investment companies.
Work experience in conducting negotiations and managing the negotiation process (including several project threads with involved parties: investors, counterparties, advisors, etc.).
Ability to undertake business trips.
Your duties will include:
Project management of M&A transactions for RES projects (solar, wind, storage, hydrogen) at different development stages.
Engaging potential partners and investors, financial institutions for attracting investments, concluding investment proposals for internal usage, financial models for external use, coordination of transactions with internal and external terms, negotiation, process support, analysis, Due Diligence (predominantly on the sell side but buy side as well).
Internal investment analysis, preparation of financial models and reports.
Conducting continuous analytical studies of the energy market, analyzing trends in the development and operation of this industry on Ukrainian and European markets, valuation fundamentals, including country-entry studies, and regular monitoring of legislation.
Preparation of all necessary reports and documents for consideration by management.
Participation in various RES industry-related international conferences.
Contributing to the development of Greenville Group's financing and business development strategy.
