Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure Cloud) Offline

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Azure Cloud services to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines, ensuring high availability, and enabling our development teams to deliver features to production in an automated and repeatable way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes within Azure.

- Manage and optimize Azure Cloud services and resources including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure Monitor.

- Collaborate with software development and IT teams to facilitate the resolution of issues and the delivery of new updates to production.

- Monitor system performance, configure alerting, and handle capacity planning.

- Maintain security posture by implementing industry best practices and compliance policies.

- Document systems, procedures, and processes relevant to our cloud infrastructure.

- Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, recommending which technologies to use based on cost/benefit analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on Azure Cloud environments.

- Strong experience with Azure and its relevant build, deployment, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.

- Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of network fundamentals, security, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud-based analytics.

- Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
