For this task, we are seeking a proactive Sales Manager, and perhaps, you could be the right fit.
Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at DigVel, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by establishing the first point of contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and nurturing relationships that contribute to successful sales.
Responsibilities:
-Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
-Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services;
-Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients;
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
-Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives;
-Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management;
-Stay up-to-date with new products/services and industry trends.
Requirements:
-Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred;
-Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside -Sales Representative, or similar role of at least 2 years;
-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations;
-Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box;
-Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
-English level C1.
Additional experience that would be a plus:
-Practical knowledge of participation in tenders;
-Work experience in Western IT markets is a big plus;
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
