Ringostat is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative Manager to work with Polish customers.

Your skills:

1. Polish native or fluent.

2. Your English level is Intermediate (B1) or above.

3. You are self-organized. You are able to plan your working time and follow the plan.

4. You are persistent. You do not stop in front of obstacles, but look for alternative solutions.

5. You are a positive thinking and stress resistant person. You are ready to easily establish contact with new people and not afraid of refusals.

6. You know how to listen and carry on a conversation. You are able to quickly respond to different turns of the dialogue, be flexible and convincing.

7. You are able to understand the consumer properties, advantages, application of a technically complex product and maintain conversation about it.

8. You are result oriented.

 

The team expects you to:

1. Cold calling.

2. Launching of automated email\linkedin companies using special software tools.

3. Semi-automated searching for necessary decision-makers contacts (lead researching).

4. Preparation of content and creatives for the campaigns.

5. Assignment of demo presentations and transferring qualified leads to the Account Executive.

6. Keeping records in the CRM system and outreach campaign analytics.
