Dispatcher (US) Offline

We are a flatbed company located in Chicago. Our fleet consists of more than 70 trucks. We are the true team of energetic young professionals. Now we are looking for a motivated person with strong communication skills who can join us.

Requirements:

- English on a level Intermediate

- 1 year of experience on US Market (Truckstop.com and DAT experience)

- Motivated personality

- Strong communication skills

- Positive / Professional attitude

- Attention to details with solid organizational skills, critical thinking

- Confidence to negotiate rates

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Schedule: Remote 15:00—1:00 (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Receive load requests via email and/or phone

- Quote routes and schedule drivers for local and national routes

- Dispatch drivers with accurate orders for pick-up and delivery

- Be current in finding and negotiating the best loads and updating dispatch boards

- Maintain quality relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers

- Develop new customer and broker relationships

- Lead drivers and monitor the route, updating status as needed
