Back-end Clojure Developer to $4500 Offline

Join our dynamic team as a skilled Clojure Developer, contributing your expertise to cutting-edge software solutions tailored for dependency management platforms in large-scale enterprises. Our client, one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Norway, has expanded globally to London, New York, and Copenhagen.

The project focuses on a Graph platform that empowers our customers to map dependencies across strategic objectives, projects, applications, processes, and people. This innovative approach enables businesses to assess the impact of change, facilitating better and faster decision-making.

Project's Stack:

Clojure(Script), ClojureSpec, clojure-ring, reitit, Groovy, React.js, TypeScript, D3, SQL, AWS

Team structure:

8 developers from Freshcode and over 20 developers from the client's end, working across multiple sub-teams.

Responsibilities:

— Back-end development of the new features;

— Maintain the existing codebase;

— Integrating the API with other existing functionalities within the codebase;

— Design, create, and validate functionalities associated with analytics, data retrieval, and data synchronization;

— Release changes to the Cloud services;

— Work closely with other engineers on the team.

We expect you to have:

— 3+ years of commercial experience with Clojure, including experience with ClojureSpec, Clojure-ring, and reitit;

— Good understanding of HTTP API security;

— Solid programming background and a passion for writing code;

— Conversational English.
