Unity specialist for "in-app" navigation (freelance)

We are looking for a Unity specialist for "in-app" navigation, such as Google Maps but In-App.

The project:
An existing app (about two years old). It is a "fairy tale app", in the field of culture and tourism.

It has the following functions:
- AR (fairy tale characters and more are displayed as AR scenarios)
- Fetches data from a REST API
- Navigates to point of interests

Navigation is currently external. This means we pass the navigation (data) to Google Maps.

Which function (technical possibilities) we would like to have:
- In-app navigation
- GPX track navigation
- Full control for route navigation
Short description:
We start the navigation and are guided to the start of the tour. We receive a push notification on site. When we open it, the app opens and we can place a 3D model and view the scenery in AR. We are then navigated to the next AR station. There are usually around 8 stations.

Routes in detail:
Routes consist of (approx. 3 to 12) waypoints and a GPX track. It should be possible to navigate between the waypoints using the existing GPX track.
