Senior Project Manager/Product Manager/Scrum Master (offline)

On behalf of Mosaica, Ciklum is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Kharkov team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Choose, create and setup SDLC process from scratch based on product needs
• Coach and manage the R&D group (distributed setup) on daily basis
• Own planning and execution of product features by meeting agreed quality criteria and timeline
• Provide transparency to the C-level regarding development plans and progress
• Work closely with Product Owners on the planning and implementation of the product technology roadmap
• Guide and align all team members with roadmap and company vision, goals and desired business achievements

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in SW Project Management
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as a Scram Master or Product Owner
• Practical experience in building and launching new teams and processes, including building the above from scratch
• Experience in launching new product
• Delivery / Project Management experience including solid understanding of change and expectations management
• Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management;
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor Product Owners and development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Technical background (software development)
