Head of Marketing

Devart is looking for a Head of Marketing to boost Devart BU projects business performance by creating a marketing strategy and improvement of marketing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Development of the long-term project marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth
- Strategic and operational management of the Devart BU Marketing Team
- Take ownership of the business’s reputation and recognition, including brand, PR, and communications
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets
- Coordination of User Acquisition, SMM, SEO, Link Building, and Event processes
- Coordination of actions and projects with top management and stakeholders,
- working closely with Sales and Products Teams to reach revenue targets
- Competitor analysis and continual market and consumer trends reviews
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Organization of a unified document management system for working on projects

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing / CMO in B2B IT companies
- Experience in creating strategies for B2B IT products
- Experience in PR, SMM, User Acquisition
- Good knowledge of the basic concepts and tools of Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and internal communications
- Deep knowledge of the main marketing tools and concepts
- Deep knowledge of the international IT industry, technology, and media business
- Excellent knowledge of the principles of launching PR campaigns
- Social Media promotion skills(FB, Instagram, YouTube, instant messengers)
- Proficiency with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport) and planning tools (GANTT, WBS)
- Risk Management Skills, budgeting, control, and cost optimization skills
- Leadership skills, ability to organize and lead people
- English — B2-С1
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Point/Google Slides
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and SMM principles
- Independence, autonomy, self-organization, flexibility
- Positive attitude, high energy level, sense of humor

- University degree in Marketing, Management or Economics
