Senior DevOps (offline)

Project Description:
The program is serving the enterprise-wide system to facilitate client on boarding, reference data and regulatory reporting for the top-tier investment bank. The given team (in Kiev) is responsible for construction of complex system environments and addressing escalations from a neighbour support team.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise between large client communities and team in terms of scope definition and managing expectations
• Provide architectural advice in terms of Configuration and Environment construction
• Provide commitment to Client and ensure its execution by team
• Address escalations and incident in quick and professional manner
• Communicate to partner vendors
• Troubleshoot system incidents on the fly
• Work extended hours when required including weekends
• Reporting to Program manager

Mandatory Skills:
• Proven track of communication with challenging clients
• Good English
• Understanding of J2EE full stack technology (SOAP, JMS, JDBC, ..)
• Experience in configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting production systems based on Linux and Solaris
• Release management experience
• Proficient knowledge in application life cycle management
• Experience with PEGA technology as a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oracle DBA skills would serve as great basis to set up client relationships
• being an efficient SQL developer also helps a lot
• CyberArc
