Middle Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in outsourced IT projects;

- Good understanding of development processes and pipelines;

- Experience with scheduling and project tracking software (Jira, Confluence, Google services, etc.);

- Well-organized, attention to detail, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and project risks;

- Deep knowledge of various project management techniques and approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency both spoken and written;

- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness;

- Great documentation skills;

- Ability to convey thoughts and messages in a clear and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

- Develop RFI and RFP with Sales team;

- Implement RACI and task decomposition;

-Develop the project scope and plan, utilizing tools such as WBS, Gantt charts, mind maps, and roadmaps;

- Regular involvement in the project life cycle (daily meetings/reports);

- Monitor the team and provide feedback;

- Managing resources, time, and project scope to ensure project delivery aligns with company and client requirements;

- Communicate with clients and document progress.
