Who we are looking for
Currency.com is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will be responsible for building and optimizing HR processes across our company. This role requires a visionary leader who can shape the HR function, create processes, and establish a positive and compliant HR infrastructure. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of HR expertise, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company objectives.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and regularly update HR policies to remain compliant.
Day to day execution and management of key HR processes (e.g. Onboarding and Offboarding of staff)
Implement and manage performance management systems, offering guidance and support for employee growth and development.
Lead or contribute to global HR projects aimed at enhancing company-wide initiatives.
Foster a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
Manage employee relations, handling concerns and promoting a fair and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide HR insights for decision-making.
Oversee HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and make improvements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in HR or a related role. Fluent in English.
Experience with the Polish market beneficial.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Poland beneficial .
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and establish HR functions from scratch.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create workflows and procedures.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
