We are seeking a skilled freelance Shopify Designer / Developer to collaborate with us on updating and maintaining our website to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.

- Update and optimize the existing Shopify website with new features, designs, and functionalities.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

- Perform regular website maintenance, including updating plugins, monitoring site speed, and ensuring security measures are up to date.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, design, and performance.

- Develop custom Shopify themes, templates, and pages as needed.

Integrate third-party tools and applications to enhance website functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development and e-commerce design.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Shopify developer/designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous Shopify projects.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).

- Experience in customizing and developing Shopify themes from scratch.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience and design best practices.

- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce websites is a bonus.
